I sure bet "Jesse" has been busy with the wildfires raging in his home state. Being a fantastic fireman and living in Colorado. Ha!

And yeah, the Supreme Court came back with a predictably lame response to the appeal, so it looks like the court case has been knocked on the head. It happened about a month back, I've been meaning to write more about it, but I've been busy and hell, it's not like this information is going anywhere anytime soon.
